Boothie Selfie Stand Rental Agreement
This Agreement is between Boothie (“we,” “us”) and the Client listed below. By signing, Client agrees to all terms.
Client Requirements
Client will provide access to power (10ft extension cord provided) and a minimum 8’ x 8’ space for the photo experience.
Services Included
Unlimited sessions, photos or GIFs, custom photo template, email/text/social sharing, instant online gallery, optional digital props, optional digital backdrop.
Payment & Reservation
Boothie will not perform services until the Service Fee is paid in full. Date and time are reserved only after signing and payment.
Changes & Cancellations
Boothie will make best efforts to accommodate changes. If equipment is unavailable on the new date, neither party is liable. Reschedules into a new year may require updated pricing. Client must notify Boothie immediately of cancellation.
Limitation of Liability
Boothie’s liability is limited to a refund of the Service Fee. No specific images are guaranteed. Events cannot be recreated.
Equipment Responsibility
Client is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of Boothie equipment caused by Client or guests.
Copyright & Usage
All images remain the property of Boothie. Boothie may use images for marketing. Client may use images personally or commercially.
Digital File Storage
Files are stored for 2 years. Retrieval after 2 years incurs a $100 fee. Client must back up their files.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
